    Images that tell the story of your business - planned around your goals, website needs, and the way you want people to feel when they find you. Sessions can include founder photos, team or behind-the-scenes moments, detail shots, social content, and more.

    Includes:

    • Pre-shoot planning questionnaire/call + creative direction

    • Personalized shot list and location guidance

    • In-studio or on-location photography

    • Creative direction - unsure of what to wear, bring, or what to do with your hands?! We’ll guide you step by step through the whole process!

    • A curated online gallery of professionally edited, high-resolution images for web, social, print, and beyond

    Investment: shorter founder sessions begin at $850, while more comprehensive brand shoots with multiple outfits, team members, locations, or content needs are typically $2,000+.

    Team Headshots + Group Photos

    Give your team a polished, cohesive presence without making it feel overly stiff or corporate. We’ll capture individual headshots along with natural group photos that show the people behind your business.

    Includes:

    • Pre-shoot planning + location guidance

    • Individual headshots for each team member

    • A mix of posed and candid group photos

    • On-site or studio photography

    • Professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered in an online gallery

    Investment: custom quote based on team size and location. Individual headshots can also be booked M-TH in the studio.

  • How do I know what kind of session I need?

    You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out. We’ll talk through your goals, where you’ll use the photos, and what would be most helpful for your business—then recommend a session that makes sense.

  • Do you help plan the shoot?

    Yes! Every session includes some level of planning and creative direction. We’ll help with your shot list, location, outfits, props, and the types of images that will be most useful for your website, social media, and beyond.

  • Can we shoot in your studio?

    Absolutely. Our studio is in the Cherry Building in downtown Cedar Rapids and works beautifully for founder photos, headshots, product images, and content with a clean, elevated feel. We can also come to your business or meet at another location that fits your brand.

  • Can you photograph my team, space, or products too?

    Yes, please. A brand shoot can include a mix of founder portraits, team photos, your workspace, products, details, clients in action, and behind-the-scenes content. We’ll customize the plan around what tells your story best.

  • What should I wear?

    We’ll send guidance during the planning process, but the short answer: wear something that feels like you. We usually recommend bringing a few options and choosing pieces that fit your brand colors and make you feel confident.

  • When will I receive my photos?

    You’ll receive a curated online gallery of professionally edited, high-resolution images within 2–3 weeks of your session.

  • Can I use my images anywhere?

    Yes! Your final images are yours to use across your website, social media, email marketing, print materials, and anywhere else your brand shows up.

  • Do you offer video or social content too?

    We do. We can create b-roll, short-form video, finished reels, drone footage, or other social content alongside photography. Just let us know what you’re dreaming up, and we’ll build a custom quote.

  • Do you shoot family photos?

    I have a really limited calendar for family photos, because my nights and weekends October-March are primarily reserved for my son’s hockey! Feel free to reach out if you’re interested though and I’d love to connect or set you up with a different photographer who had more availability! @hannahwhitephoto
